Delivery

All products in stock are shipped within 1-7 working days after receiving your order. We do not ship goods on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We ship goods on Saturdays only at your express request, after prior agreement with you. Products that are not in stock will be delivered to you after prior agreement with you. If you have special shipping requirements, please include them in the order or contact us by phone on 040 281 966 or by e-mail: info@herkules.si. We ship goods via Pošta Slovenije, larger packages via General Logistics Systems. At the buyer's request, the order can also be sent by express mail, in which case the delivery costs are paid by the buyer (PPN) when picking up the package according to the express mail price list Pošte Slovenija
If the packaging is damaged in any way upon receipt, inspect it together with the delivery person who brings the package to you. If the item is damaged, return the package without compromise! Later damage claims due to delivery will not be taken into account without a record!

Order processing and delivery costs

For purchases over €300, we deliver the purchased goods to you free of charge by regular delivery anywhere in Slovenia, but for purchases up to €300, we charge you processing and shipping costs in the amount of €6. Pošta Slovenije charges you the costs of payment of the BN02 payment order for redemption shipments, namely, for a package worth up to €96, they charge €0.96, for a package worth more than €96 up to €501, they charge 1% of the value, for a package over €501, they charge 5 €01. There are no additional purchase costs when shipping via GLS.

Return of products

The consumer has the right to notify the company (at the contact e-mail address info@herkules.si) within 15 days of receiving the goods, that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). We do not accept later returns! The goods must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. The original invoice must be attached to the rejected goods. Goods are returned exclusively as a regular package, we do not accept redemption packages! Refunds will be made no later than 15 days after receiving the returned goods.
